it's 2.39am and i'm standing outside watching the wonder that is the lunar eclipse.

there is only a small sliver of moon left visible. the shadow of our earth has almost entirely covered it. the whole of the moon is still slightly visible. it has an eerie red/orange glow to it. even the craters on the surface can still be seen.

it's an amazing sight to behold. it reminds me how small i really am.
